1. 14-day satisfaction window
If you purchased credits as a new customer and have used less than 10% of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date.
Requests after 14 days, or after 10% of the credits have been consumed, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. What is refundable
Unused credits from your most recent purchase.
Duplicate or accidental orders confirmed within 7 days.
Service downtime that materially affects your ability to use Igalia for more than 24 consecutive hours.
3. What is not refundable
Credits already consumed by AI workflows or expired promotional credits.
Discounts, bonus credits and packages received as part of partner programs.
Charges older than 60 days, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account with your order number and a short description.
We confirm receipt within one business day and complete eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 business days to settle.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (including the EU right of withdrawal).
