1. The service
Igalia provides an AI-native SEO platform for analyzing websites, monitoring AI search visibility and generating optimization recommendations. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping credentials secure.
You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.
3. Credits and payments
Igalia is sold as pay-as-you-go credits. One credit equals €0.10 at the base rate; other currencies are converted at the live exchange rate at checkout.
Credits are consumed when workflows run — audits, AI search checks, content optimization, etc. Indicative costs are published on /pricing.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between workspaces.
Promotional credits and bonus credits may have specific conditions disclosed at the moment of issuance.
Bank transfer orders activate within one business day after funds are received. Other methods are processed instantly when available.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Igalia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the domains, content, prompts and reports you submit to Igalia. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
6. Intellectual property
Igalia, its software, models, dashboards, documentation and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted other than what is explicitly stated.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no guarantee about specific search-engine rankings or business outcomes obtained from using Igalia.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMIOAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US DURING THAT PERIOD.
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or non-payment.
Unused credits associated with a paid order may be refunded according to the Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of A Coruña, Spain.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
